By paying the booking deposit to us you are accepting all of the booking conditions on behalf of all the party members !
1. Booking
The cottage is booked when we received your full booking details together with non-refundable booking deposit of 80€.Written confirmation of your booking will be issued after we receive booking deposit.
2. Payment
Cheques should be made payable to J. Cajthaml and sent to the address: J. Cajthaml, Plzenska 484, 330 11 Tremosna, Czech Republic or by money transfer to our account 278590033/0300,BIC: CEKOCZPP, IBAN CZ20 0300 0000 0002 78590033. Rest of the payment is payable when you collect the keys.
3. Collecting the keys
Please contact us day before you arrive to be able to meet you at the meeting point in Pilsen, Namesti Republiky (centre of the city), next to the Baroque Plaque Column, please check on the map or we can meet in the Hracholusky village (more details and map will be sent to you with the written confirmation) to show you the way to the Hracholusky Cottage and give you the keys. Please advise us if you think you will arrive at a different time from expected time.
4. Arrivals and departures
The cottage is available from Saturday 2:30PM and should be vacated by 10:30AM on Saturday. Weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks and other arrival dates can be arranged. Please remember that late departures can create difficulties for us.
5. Occupancy
The total occupancy of the cottage is 7 people and must not be exceed under any circumstances.
6. Pets
We only accept pets/dogs.
7. Cancellation by client
If you have to cancel your holiday the booking deposit will be retained to cover cancellation cost. In some cases, it may be possible to make changes to the booking instead of cancellation, so please let us know as soon as possible.
8. Cancellation by us
It is unlikely we will have to make changes to your holiday. If we are forced to do so we will inform you at the earliest possible date and offer to you the option of accepting the change or we will refund all money paid but no further compensation.
9. Complaints
If you do have a problem during your holiday you must inform us immediately. We will put things right. If complaints do not follow this procedure, we will not accept any liability.
10. Cleaning
Please treat the cottage as would be your own. You are expected to leave the cottage as clean as when you arrive. Please remember to empty bins, clean oven and empty a refrigerator . We have to be strict on this and will make a deduction from breakage deposit if the cleaning is not satisfactory. If you do not want to complete your own cleaning there is an additional cleaning service available. Cost is 25€ (payable locally).
11. Your liability
You have to pay a breakage deposit of 200€ on arrival. This has to be paid in cash.The keys will not be handed over until the breakage deposit has been paid. Your are responsible for all damages, breakage and/or loss the premises except normal wear and tear which may result from occupancy. Cost of damage, breakage or failure to clean the cottage will be explained and reasonable charges deducted from breakage deposit.
12. Our liability
Under all circumstances our liability is restricted to the monies paid in respect of the booking. We accept responsibility for ensuring the holiday accommodation which you book with us is supplied as confirmed.
